  • Psychological Assessment: Through the paper-pencil test, group task, individual task, group discussion, Interview, role- play etc (As per need)
  • Offline assessment: Group and individual Assessments available (as per need) (MIN GROUP SIZE 10 MAX. 30) 
  • Training – tailor-made : Duration: 1 hour to 3 days in a month (as per need). One Day Training includes 4 sessions (1.5 HOUR PER SESSION)

  • Opting for the same Psychometric assessment twice within 6 months may lead to practice effect i.e. Results may get distorted due to  prior content awareness of the candidate. Further implications of the above-said decision will be the responsibility of  the organizations
  • For any Cancellations / Changes of dates at least 7 days prior intimation is  necessary. Otherwise, 50% of the work charges will be charged.

In 2 phases, 2018/19 and 2021/22, training sessions were conducted at Vivekananda hospital Latur for administration, nursing and housekeeping staff.         

The objective was to enhance work efficiency and organizational climate.
This was done through conducting once a month training sessions on topics such as
